If you are looking for a quieter place for after your prom, look no further than the Charlroy Motel.  If you are looking for a party hotel, I can suggest any number of other hotels.  We can offer you a clean, comfortable room without all the craziness often associated with prom season. 

We have rooms with either two queen beds OR one queen bed and a set of bunk beds and a kitchenette. 

Only 13 rooms are available per weekend for the following weekends (subject to change)

A deposit of $250 is required to hold your reservation.  The balance will be due upon arrival (cash or credit cards embossed with holders name with proper ID, no checks).  The $150 deposit is also due at sign-in.  All registered guests must have proper ID and the information form filled out and signed.  Each guest will be issued a wristband at check-in.  Reservations cannot be made online.

RULES FOR RESERVATIONS

• At least one individual in each room must be 18 years of age or older - this person will sign registration form.  All registering guests will be required to show ID.
• Persons under the age of 21 years are strictly forbidden to possess or consume alcoholic beverages anywhere on the premises (NJ State Law 20:33:15).  In the event an occupant of any room is 21 years of age or older, that individual must agree not to possess alcohol in rooms occupied by minors.
• Security/cleaning deposit of $150 is held until departure to safeguard against damage to rooms.  It will be refunded upon departure after inspection to room.  There will be a $50 charge for rooms left in excessively dirty condition.  The occupants are to reimburse the motel for the full cost of damage.
• One vehicle is allowed per room.  Permit is required to be displayed at all times when in the lot.  All unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the vehicles owners’ expense.
• Wristbands must be worn by registered guests at all times. Only registered guests are allowed in rooms, pool area, or anywhere on the property.  Visiting is not permitted at any time.
• Reasonable behavior, as defined by the owner, is expected of all our guests.
• Violation of these rules can result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid, including security/cleaning deposit.
• A four week notice of cancellation is required for the return of deposit.  All eligible cancellations are subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee per room.  Your entire deposit will be forfeited if your reservation is cancelled within four weeks of arrival or at check-in.
